ভিডিসি গঠনের নীতিমালা
- প্রতিটি গ্রামে একটি গ্রাম উন্নয়ন কমিটি হবে
- গ্রাম উন্নয়ন কমিটি হবে সম্পুর্ণভাবে অরাজনৈতিক
- গ্রাম উন্নয়ন কমিটি তে প্রতেকটি পাড়া/মহল্লা থেকে প্রতিনিধি থাকবে
- গ্রাম উন্নয়ন কমিটিতে প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক (২৫ এবং এর উপরে) যুবক (১৯-২৪) এবং শিশু (১২-১৮) বয়সের প্রতিনিধি থাকবে।
- গ্রাম উন্নয়ন কমিটিতে সমাজের সকল স্তর (পেশা, আয়, সম্পদ , সামাজিক মর্যাদা ভিত্তি করে) থেকে প্রতিনিধি থাকবে
- গ্রাম উন্নয়ন কমিটিতে কমপক্ষে ৩০% মহিলা সদস্য ও দুইজন শিশু (একজন ছেলে ও একজন মেয়ে) থাকবে।
